Blackberry Jam (breadmachine) 黑莓果醬

Ingredients :
1.     2 envelopes Knox gelatin
2.     3/4 cup water
3.     1 cup sugar
4.     2 Tblsp reconstituted lemon juice
5.     200g fresh blueberries

Directions :
1.  In a bowl - Dissolve gelatin in water.

2.  Add lemon juice, sugar and blackberries.

3.  Put mixture in pan, put pan in machine.

4.   Select Jam cycle. Press start.


Select setting:
1.  When cycle is finished, pour into a sterile pint jar.

2.  Cool on the counter for about 3 hours then refrigerate.

* Store in fridge up to 4 weeks.
